Once Plecos get larger they can become a hazard.

I have seen the turtle bite that pleco right on the face and never leave a scratch, it's amazing how tough those things are. I like to think the pleco was trying to get a little revenge. Yep I'll probably have to get rid of the plecos as I have two senagal bichirs that aren't supposed to get along with them. Believe it or not both Plecos came from a local resorvoir and were caught castnetting along with my baby bluegill pet. The turtle I found crawling across my backyard when he was the size of a half dollar.

My 7" Pleco once attachted itself to my turtles back and dried to sink her. So I sold the pleco the next day.
