Luffy's shell looks better now, it just improved after I started giving them more sunlight time. I made this topic a couple of weeks ago about his shell fading.. viewtopic.php?f=5&t=27530

Have you changed Luffy's diet? The seams look thicker in the new pics.

I still feed them pellets/carrots/lettuce... but I lowered the quantity a little bit because I noticed lumps on the front part of their shells. Steve, about the seams, is that a good thing or a bad thing?

Aww, so adorable! (:
If you don't mind me asking, did you get the name Luffy from One Piece? xD Ahaha I probably sound insane if you don't watch anime.

Yes I do watch anime, and yes I did get the name from One Piece.. hehehe My girlfriend wanted to name one of the turtles as "Ninja", so what better partner for a ninja than a pirate? And what better pirate than Luffy? hehehe

The thicker/wider seems are an indication that he's growing too fast. You might want to track measurements/weight if you're unsure.

I see, good thing I already started lowering down their diet and introducing veggies. I hope they're normal rate catches up soon. Thanks.
