Looks nice, what kind are those? Also, you might want to change that substrate.

The substrate is play sand. No metal in the plants, the brand is vibran sea. Got them on amazon.com.

They are axolotls. They make cool pets. They like cool water and can grow up to 12 inches long!

Yeah puffer fish are cute, I guess they're really aggressive though!

Yes they do eat fish. The only downside to these guys is the fish you can get are limited. Most fish will nibble at the axolotls gills, and they have to do well in cool water. About 60 degrees. White cloud minnows are really the only recommended fish companions. Eventually the axolotls will hunt and eat the fish. You can also put small types of shrimp, like ghost shrimp.

They eat mainly earthworms, also blood worms, brine shrimp and some sinking salmon pellets.

I have heard of the occasional treat of "pinkies" for adult axolotls, not my thing, buy I think you're into snakes too right? :)

oh man for real, they eat pinkys? that is cool. I have a Yellow Belly Catfish that i have by himself in one of my 60 gals im waiting to get big that way i can feed him mice and stuff lol... I hate how fish nibble on crap...just plain out rude lol...

oh and to the above post, yeah, puffers are super aggressive. I had one of those little green puffers and he was picked on for like the first 2 days in the tank, after that no one messed with him lol he would chase everyone around...they are hard to take care of tho because they are delicate fish...

I could never used such ornament on my tank...kroten will eat them. she even tried to eat a cigarette butt when I set her free in my front yard :(

Sheldon does look happy amongst the plant, he seemed like doing a hide and seek game

I would love to try some plants in with Tut I just don't know how he would react. I think he would end up eating them, but I might get some to grow in my smaller fish tank and just rip pieces off occasionally for him
