Hello everyone!! (Remember me? I'm the one who made the Lego ramp! )
(It's been a while since my last post.. My 3 years old female RES died from RI in April and I was really sad.. I miss Bubbles a lot.. )

I finally decided to get 2 babies after all these months..
I now have Cookie a RES and Choco a Yellow Belly !!

(For now, until they grow up a little and raise the water level, to use my ATBA again and the Hydor filter(can't wait for these ), I have them with some rocks for a basking spot, and a small filter..) I also bought a new Hydor Theo heater which seems to be really good!

I have them 4 days now, and they're still a bit shy especially Cookie,he dives and tries to hide almost every time I approach but they both eat, bask together, swim and they etc.

Diamondbacks4Life how do you know? I mean, from what do we know if it's ybs or ybs/res intergrade as you said?

Hmm, maybe not he look like behind his head where red would for res it has a slight red look to it. Still think thats way to much yellow for a ybs though.

He has no red at all.. Maybe you saw it because of the light or something..
I've seen ybs/res intergrades that looked like ybs and had "red ears".

But when you said about Choco I thought maybe there were other signs he had that I didn't know/notice..

Look at this too,It's not a very good picture, but it's taken in the bathroom with different kind of lighting. He doesn't have anywhere red though.

I miss my little guys being that bright green. Beautiful turtles.
