It looks like you might be able to more water, but I can't really tell if the top of the rock think is big enough for your turtle.
I think the marbles should be okay as long as you're careful. The only way I've ever broken one was by dropping it onto the tile floor. But I had them with a betta fish, not a turtle. Make sure you don't have any broken ones in the tank.
