So I had an interesting morning. I keep two turtle cans of food under a waterland tub. Rain dont reach in the opening. So i go to feed the turtles and reach under to grab the food. No cans? I was like wth! I swear i left them under there, why would i carry it into the house. Searched house, found nothing. Walked around the yard. Sure as hell something had carried both cans. Basically obliterated the the one into pieces. The other which is really good plastic had teeth marks like crazy until he broke it open. Then i checked on the turtles, they were fine. Glad i have fencing over the stock tanks. Now i have no containers of turtle food lol.

damn them racoons!

I just keep the food inside.

I bet them beggars are hungry.

Aha, no need. A local feed mill carries it. So its always free shipping for me year around

Dave is a breeder on king snake who may have awesome deals but 99.99% of his DBTs are WC (wild caught) and not Captive Bred (CB) diamondback terrapins are not to be sold from my understanding where they live in the wild naturally and are actually I'm pretty sure a protected species. That's why when they become available from breeders that breed their captive bred DBTs they are pretty pricey unlike Dave who can sell them for 40$ smh you can find out more info on regulations on neoterrapin.com for REAL breeders and info on DBTs at diamondback terrapin.com a group active in the protection and lively hood of DBTS. Correct me and I apologize if any of this info is not valid but I'm 90% confident

No your fine, dave angers me. He live on the border or delaware and pa. He goes to delaware during breeding season and brings a bunch of wc dbts to his place(completely illegal) Waits for them to lay their eggs. Then sells adults and then waits for eggs to hatch and sells them.
