Toku looks adorable! That branch/floating log really makes his tank look like a natural home.

Its actually three pieces of driftwood from the local lake, screwed together then screwed to a base plate to make a natural basking log and underwater sleeping branch. Check this link for the build thread;

Hey Steve, sorry for the late reply have been super busy lately. Honestly I don't clean the tank very often,the minnows and shrimp take care of trash on the bottom and I would need a surface skimmer to clean the left over leaf matter that floats on the surface.

As for the fake plants! yeah about that, those plants spend more time up rooted than in the sand! I will place them, then he will promply uproot them and try to move them around! of course when he does that the sand falls out the root holders and they float around the tank, lol.
