Posted: Mon Jan 07, 2013 12:07 amTorbert was purchased from Petco in June 2012 - he lived in the 20 gallon veggie filter of our Koi Pond outside until October, when we brought him inside to live in his 29 gallon tank...his shell is a little over 4" in length...he likes Porterhouse steak and carrots...

Posted: Mon Mar 25, 2013 7:05 pmScrappy and Kurt were rescued from a local landlord whose tenant had left them behind...they love to bask (as does the OT "original turtle" Torbert), and are starting to become less shy about doing it with people around...Still deciding who is going out to pond once it warms up around here...
