I have a few questions here... did you quarantine the new turtle at all? Ideally you should quarantine them for up to 90 days to make sure you don't spread diseases/parasites.
Also, in one of your other posts you said that your father felt that your turtle was just fine in a 10 gallon tank and he didn't need an upgrade. Do you have both of them in a 10 gallon tank?

Yes, I Have Been Quarantining him for 3 months I Just put them together. That's My other turtle, He's now in a 50 gallon tank.

No, That was when my turtle was bitten. His is doing fine now
