I came home this morning from my girfriends house.....and first thing i do is go feed the turtles. To my surprise one of the baby map turtles i recently purchased was just floating there. i give him a little nudge so it can eat...........and what do i find........it died. I have no i dea why. The other map is fine and the 2 RES's are fine.  well R.I.P to one of my little babies........

Sorry for your loss. I would take the time to clean out the tank completely. Filter and all. Since you don't know what happened, there could still be contamination in the water.

I'm truly sorry to hear such sad news :(. He was truly a cutie.

Hatchlings do have a high mortality rate. There were no symptoms of illness or signs of agression from the others?
