Looks like Truffle is having a great time! I don't know about the putting him in the springs though, it might not be sanitary for him or the other guests.

Truffle never had salmonella and her body was/is always clean from that kind of reptilian bacteria so that was harmless for others, and also the spring is on a location that only few people might know where it is, looks like a secret place

Those are adorable! My question for Steve or other forum moderator is how I can transport my Tressa safely in car? I don't live in a desert climate so at what temperature would it be not safe to take her out? How much time does a RES need in the water daily?

How long is the ride? When you say take her out, do you mean outdoors?
