I just finished setting up the new 75 gallon tank.
And yes the light is a UVB/UVA producing heat lamp. (T-Rex active UV heat)
While it's not that huge of an upgrade from the 55 gallon I mainly got it so I can use the 55 for a bearded dragon. Haven't bought the beardie yet. Still working on getting everything to build up the viv and what not.
But back to the turltes....
The only way I can get my turtles to come to the front of the tank is to hold out a familure green and yellow can....

I haven't seen any of the uva/uvb bulbs. Most people on here have 2 separate bulbs because there either aren't many of the combine uva/uvb or they are too expensive. I can't remember, but I still have yet to see one. Are you sure it has uvb? Just curious.
I wish I could keep a pleco with my turtles.
Oh, another thing, I would get rid of the gravel. The turts can eat it and become impacted. It's very serious. Try some river rocks that are bigger than their heads so you know it won't fit in their mouths. Some of the rocks do look bigger, but there are some that look like they may be able to be eaten.

Yes the bulb does provide both UVA and UVB. I had it set up before where I had one bulb for UVA and then the strip for UVB. But I recently bought this bulb from drsfostersmith.com for $43.

The "gravel" is made up of small river rocks. They are smooth and too large for the turtles to fit in their mouth.

Are your turtles boys or girls? Mine looks like the one on the right in you last picture and I'm trying to tell if he might be a boy or not. He's a little under 4 like yours is and I was just wondering if you had any ideas yet on what they were.

Actually I'm not sure what they are yet. And I kinda guessed when I updated my signature and then when I went to measure them today they are actually just a little over 3 inches now. All their features (nails and tails) are still pretty much the same. But then again I could always have two of the same thing. Who knows.
I'll try to post some better pics of thier nails and what not later and see if anyone wants to take a guess.
