And one of the bad shell for the record

Nails came to us in need of tlc,which he's getting and loving it!He is a big part of our family now.Even the cats love him!I plan to build on his tank for a basking level,then I can fill his tank more.This guy has such personality.I will post more when I take better pics.

Nice turtle. (I commented on his shell in your other post.) He looks like he would enjoy some deeper water. Is that the basking area on the right? If so, it looks a little small and I don't see any lighting (UVB light and heat source) above it.

Hi marisa,thanks for your replys.I am in the process of designing a basking area,one that is above the tank so I can fill it up for him.(I saw one similar here somewhere which I got the idea from)But first I will get a proper UVB light,I only have a normal light at mo.This is how he came to me,and so far I have been concentrating on his diet.He is a lot better off than he was.
