Good
I like how you filled it up a lot and I like the big thing in the center, it provides lots of little holes and things for them to play and climb on and in. The plants also look great on the structure, and it seems like they're almost in a natural habitat. Good job!
I also like the filter, it looks like it's keeping the water nice and clean, and the waterfall effect it creates is pretty cool.
Improvements
Your gravel/sand (can't tell) is much too small. I have had to repeat myself a lot on this topic, but it is a choking hazard. Please take them out and leave your tank either with no rocks on the bottom or large rocks, about 1 inch+ in diameter. Also, I don't think you're aware that three turtles need triple the room. They look about 1 inch or so to me, and rule of thumb is 10 gallons per inch of turtle (you'll probably get that stuck in your head if you surf around other topics with tanks too small for the turtles). And that is just for one turtle. You have three turtles (lets say they are 1 inch), and you need ten gallons per inch each-so you're looking at a 30 gallon tank. I know it's a big thing to think about, and I understand people buy two or three turtles thinking it'll keep each other company, but it requires a lot more space, and therefor more money. If you wish to get a bigger tank but can't afford a glass one, find the largest storage bin around your house, and use that. Many hold at least twice as many gallons as your little tank, and it might be able to work for now.
Questions
How big are the turtles?
Do they have UVA and UVB?
Do they have cuttlebone and/or a calcium supplier?
How long have you had them?
How much do you feed them?
What is the footing of your tank?
Do they show any signs of aggression twoards each other?
