Recently my father kind of rescue this turtle from a house he bought, but I'm not sure if it is a RES, because he doesn't have any red mark in his head, also the shell is diferent than the others that we have.

This is the one:

I think it is, you can see the faint light orange stripe running down the side of his face. There's always the chance that he's a hybrid...I'm terrible at recognition so don't take my word for it, more experienced members will respond later.

What does the underside look like? It can be some sort of slider.. or it could be a RES that hasn't been cared for properly or a hybrid as RESowner said.

Not all RES will have an orange/red stripe. This one looks like a RES/painted hybrid.

The turtle seems pretty large, and RES at that size usually don't have that colorful of shells. Facial features (the stripes) lead me to RES ,but the shell like Steve said looks like a painted.

Typically, you won't see that carapace pattern on a YBS. I agree that it's a RES x Painted

After looking on ATP, it looks somewhate like a belize slider actually...

The shell looks a little more vibrant than the belize slider, but the darn shells are different from turtle to turtle.

She (?) is beautiful, whatever the make or model. I don't like the looks of that plastron, however. Looks a little pink.

The plastron pics do make seem like a belize. Nice correction RESowner.

Adult sizes of note:
Male 15" - 17" Female 17" - 19½"

That's a beautiful slider, RESowner. The sub-species would make sense, given from where you are.
