so i'm on the computer and i'm hearing this rustling buzzing sound. i'm freaked out at first thinking a wasp is in the house (i'm highly allergic), but then i realise it's coming from john's tank. i go to check up on him, and he just looks up at me. from where? from the silk plants he climbed trying to get out of the tank.

i'm making a bit of a video journal to chronicle his recovery. it'll span over 6 days, before treatment and each day after a baytril shot.

he's much more responsive now, even passed the strength test in his attempt to get away from me when before he wouldn't do anything. it's still a work in progress, but if anyone wants to see it i'll post the link here so i don't have to make a billion new threads

Poor little guy! The first video he's just sitting there barely moving. What a difference in the next two vids! That second one looks like you sped it up in fast motion (did you?). It's great to see he's got so much energy. Looks like he's going to be okay. Nice job taking care of him!

My cats like to drink from the faucet, too! Cats have a love/hate relationship with water.

yeah my cat mikey used to drink from the tap all the time. he wouldn't ever drink out of a bowl. i miss mikey he ran away from home when the family moved.

I think I saw on youtube that there are over 90 videos of cats drinking from faucets.

yeah a friend of mine said his cat does that, too. it's so cute.

I died watching the video of the turtles chasing the fish! That was too funny! I wish I had the chance to enjoy my adopted turtles when they were babies (sigh).
