Well here they are, the newest additions to our zoo. We just adopted two greenies, a RES and a YBS, from a person that got them at the beach. Once she found out what was involved with taking care of them, she asked me if I wanted them, right there in Petsmart. She was one of the many people that go to the beach in SC, buy two turtles for their kids not knowing anything. The people that sell them know nothing and cant tell the customers anything, so as she was told how much care and effort and money is involved, she freaked out and gave them up.



They need names.....

You know its funny you should mention that because I was thinking along the greek mythology line for possible names. I am always open to suggestions, thanks!

You can name one Sal; salvador if a male, Sally if female. Sal could be a nicname.

This is too much fun, I am happy to read a everyones name suggestions, as I have no idea if they are male or female at just over a quarter sized, so keep the names rolling!

and i just had to comment on the fact that the Swan Princess was one of my favorites when i was a kid! so that lil statue brought back some memories!
