Any suggestions for landing docks and why the turtles aren't growing?

What sort of setup do you have?

Size of tank, lighting, heat, filter etc. What type of diet do you have them on, what's the temp of the water and basking area?

Need a bit more info before we can help.

They live in a 55 gallon tank, water about 75 degrees, to watt light and landing dock (that seems to be sinking). They eat trout chow.

Your landing dock shouldn't be sinking. Keep the dock afloat where the turtle(s) can completely dry off themselves. The basking dock should be about 10 degrees higher than the water's temp. And I won't say anything about trout chow because I haven't heard such thing to feed the turtles. Maybe someone else can give some information about that.
Also if you have more than one turtle, a 55 gallon sounds a bit small.

Trout chow is OK as part of a balanced diet. For three turtles, you do need a bigger tank. I'd like to see pictures of them.
