I have no suggestions, but it took me quite some time to name mine .. their names just kind of evolved from their habits and personality etc. Only one of my turtles names stuck from the time she was little until now and that was because my son named her and at the time I believe he was getting ready to go to Iraq.. at that point, he kind of got whatever he wanted... :)

I just named mine on his personality. At first I called him John Wanye because he was a lil pilgrim! But then when he started to act ADD I called him Michelangelo off of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon. And the name will stick cause he still acts ADD.

Same with me....Herk likes to float with his arms out.....and i'm an Airfield Manager (i would with a lot of Pilots) which if you ever see a C-130 it seems like they just float....so i named him Herk the Heavy (Hercules is what they call C-130's)....All of our animals names came from there personality.....

Strangely I give my turtles some unusual names. Except Charm and Looni, I named him Charm because when he came home with me, he was this tiny little thing that you can take everywhere with you (I wanted to but couldn't) but sad to say Charm isn't with me anymore :( And Looni just went totally nuts for about a week.
Huna, Jo, Lepa, Tuby, Bennie, Senz, Mups, Quin, Pier, Rendi, Guala, Ilva, and Deca.. I wonder how I thought up of them...

*laughs* BEEFCAKE! (in cartman-esque voice)

I named mine Charlie because besides Ron (whose name I don't like) and Ginny ( my name is Jeni...so it would've been confusing) he's my favorite Weasley. I did name the fish I put in there for her Ron because it's orange and they're buds because Charlie refuses to eat him even though that was his original purpose.

No name is ever boring. All is unique and special in their own way. Only way it would be boring is "turtle1" and "turtle2"

I know alot of people who named their "toitle" which sometimes I misread as toilet.

We have Francis and Myrtle. We named them that because we though they looked like wrinkly old people.
