Well, yeah, turtles poop too. But up until today, I hadn't seen any. I mean, I know the tank was getting dirty, and the bottom had wispy little things in it, but nothing that looked like "Poop" to me.
hahahhaha,.
Anyway, got my new feeding tub today, and wouldn't you know it, Coconut and Banana both pooped little orangy-colored poops. Whoo-hoo! At least now I know that they are eating - cause ya gotta eat to poop, right?
hahahha
Okay, so how many times is POOP in this post?

7 times...including the subject line!
Are your pellets orange? Usually the poop in my tank is more brownish green. I'll never forget the the first time I witnessed my turt poop. The output from my xp3 caught it and it looked sooo bad. Not something I watch for on a regular basis, lol.

Acutally, it's the turtle sticks with yellow, green and red sticks. But I also have Jurassi Diet-Aquatic Turtle Food, and it is orange-brown.
Of course, picked up some blood worms today, and the rosy reds, but they showed no interest. It seems they do not like eating in the separate tub. Spend the whole hour scraping at the walls, trying to get out.
sigh.
Guess I will just have to let them eat in the tank....

If you really want to feed in a separate container, you can. It will take time for them to adjust. Just don't make the mistake of giving up, putting them back in the tank, and immediately feeding. All this does is reward the behavior that you don't want. Then again, I personally find it easier to feed in the tank.
