Do hatchling RES have teeth?

I have 2 turtles that are about 1.25 inches. I can never get close enough to them to tell if they have teeth. I feel stupid for asking. When I pick them up for whaterver reason, they are still pretty shy and dont open there mouths. Just curious. lol

Turtles don't have teeth per se.. they have a "beak" and no lips of course.
so when you look at a turtle's mouth, you see it's beak and that is how it tears it's food.

No, no teeth. This is something they lost through evolution from the time of the dinosaurs.

They do have an Egg tooth, but it goes away pretty quick as I understand it.

My hatchlings lost theirs a week or two after they hatched.
