I just found out my lil guy is a Russian Tortoise. I know NOTHING about them. How big will get get. Whats the best living area indoors for him. We live in Washington so its cold and rainy so he's gotta stay inside till we move back to Arkansas. Ive also started to notice his skin shedding a little... how do i make this better. He came from an awful home so i want to give him the best care possible.
