How to catch a box turtle?

I wanted to breed to box turtles. Any idea how to catch one?

You shouldnt take them from the wild. You should purchase them from a breeder. Most likely your state will have laws on taking turtles from the wild. You can get fines and into legal trouble. Plus most wild turtles dont adjust well to captive life style.
Box turtles are not allowed to be held as pets in georgia.

Yes, it's illegal here. I have box turtle experince and I have things to expand a tub. I know plenty of people around me have them.

if it's illegal there, and plenty of people around you have them, then plenty of people around you are breaking the law....that doesnt mean you should too. Like the person above you said, you shouldnt take them from the wild. They are in a severe decline, and are CITES. If you dont know what CITES is, look it up. They dont always adapt to captivity, and taking breeder adults can devistate local populations. buy cb animals online, leave the wild ones alone.
