Posted: Mon Aug 24, 2015 10:02 amLast weed we bought two red eared sliders from a family that had them a year or so. We named them Spider and Barbie(I have a 5 year old son and a 3 year old daughter). They had no basking spot, not even a light. They were in few inches of water only. I know they tank they are in now is not big enough for them, we are going to save up for a bigger one. Now they have a basking spot, UV light, water heater and filter. My wife took them to the vet, they are in OK health, but need more calcium. I hope to use the forum to provide a better life for this guys for a long time.
