We rescued a RES a couple years ago and have improved her life dramatically. Hubby & I are both retired and Rosy the RES is becoming too much work. We're in eastern Pennsylvania and could possibly be willing to build an outdoor pond for her, but is it even possible in this climate?

Hi, welcome to the forum! Outdoor pond is possible though it could be a pretty big project as you do not want it to freeze. One idea is a large stock tank. Those can be left out during the warmer months and brought inside (heated garage or basement) when its colder.
