Hi, my Red ear slider is in a bad condition, he seems to have RI, but in my country there are no vets to go to, so i have been injecting him enrofloxacin 10% for the last 3 days but there have been no progress, he seems to get worse day after day. His neck seems a little puffed, he doesn't eat for already a week and constantly opens his mouth like he is choking or wants to spit out something. ill attach a photo of him. Forgot to mention: he has UVA, UVB 3% light and i increased water temperature to 28 Celsius. The tank size is 5 gallons (quarantine tank) originally he is in 55 gallons.

I would give him a good soak in a small container with some crumbled up pellets so he will ingest some when he drinks water. Also, a soak in plain Pedialyte (1:1 with water) could also be helpful.
