Long story short, my turtle has orange lips and face. It's symmetrical. I think she's had this before and it went away, but that time it just looked like lipstick. I haven't fed her anything orange lately, although one of the types of sticks I occasionally feed her is more tan than green. (She's picky and doesn't eat a lot of greens, so mostly repti sticks and Mazuri balls. Recently I have her dandelion greens, but she didn't touch it.)

Is the tank near a window? No
Is the tank in a room with a lot of activity? Medium activity

I don't recall seeing something like this before. If you can get her to open her mouth, how does it look inside?

Inside the mouth, as far as I can tell, looks normal. I'll see if I can get her to bite a popsicle stick later to get a better view.
