I noticed today that there were pieces of white translucent skin or something is it possible there shedding? because there only like a 2weeks to 1 month old

Yep. They shed more when they are younger, and the skin shold look translucent in the water, and not be very visible above the water.

Where did you get them? They're probably a bit older than you think they are. Turtles as young as you say yours are are unlikely to shed due to growth at such a young age. What is the water temp and basking area temp? What kind of set-up are they in?
