Feeder Fish

I have a RES 2 yo, and he did not care for feeders till he was large enough to chase them and catch them , now i have a baby may be 1 1/2 - 2 inch long and don't care for the feeders in the tank, but boy
runs after the pellets, eats a lot ,so, do you try baby pellets food
