MY TURTLE DOESENT SEEM 2 B GROWING :(

i have 2 baby red ear sliders (about under 3 inches)
ARTURTLE...ive had him since janurary of 07..........NO SIGN OF GROWING
FAT ALBERT...i have had him since feburary of 07............DEFANATELY GETTING BIGGER( i filmed him before......BIG DIFFERENCE)
when my cousins some over they say OH MAN Fat Albert is HUGE!!! And i say what about arturtle? they say........hes still the same
my mom, dad and sister thinks hes still small.......is this bad?

Do you feed the turtles together? Is it possible that the big one is hogging all the food and the little one is going hungry? If so, you should separate them for feediing.
One common reason for a turtle not growing is internal parasites. A vet would have to determine if that's what's going on with your little one. You'd need to take the vet a stool sample (some of the little one's poop). Also, parasites are not something you can treat yourself - you'd need a vet to prescribe something appropriate. There are lots of different kind of parasites and it takes different kinds of medications to treat them.

How big are the turtles (shell lengths, no curve) and what size tank are they in? An enclosure that's too small can lead to bullying and stress, which will affect growth over time.
What, and how much do you feed? Are they fed together, if so, are you sure the smaller one is getting his share of the food? If you can't be sure each is getting an equal amount, it would be better to feed them in separate containers (the larger one in a feeding container and the smaller one in the tank would be good).

I seperate them when they eat.......the tank is 10 gallons......i measured Fat Albert......hes 3 inches.....
i havent measured arturtle

If you have two three inch turtles, they should be in a sixty gallon tank.

i have a 50 gallon saved 4 when they get bigger......will i still have 2 get bigger?

They should already be in the 50 gallon, if one is 3 inches, and you have two... yes you will have to get a bigger tank as they grow, and you may have to separate them and have two bigger tanks.
