swimming

ive got two young res! the smaller one swims well but never goes under water, the other never swims and always move around on the bottom then comes up for air is this normal

Hi there! Welcome!
How big are your babies? It could be normal, since actually "normal" is in each turtles induviduality. One of mine swims great then goes to the bottom and only rises for air. The little one swims mostly on top of the water and then gets on the dock. As long as they are eating, swimming and breathing fine all should be okay!

Does the one that doesnt swim under water have any other symtoms
Does he float limply like titled
Is he lethargic
A little more info would be nice

they both eat and are not sluggish

I wouldnt worry Chefglue...
If you have only had them a short period of time it will take them a while to get used to the tank and set-up etc. Then later they should start acting and swimming better!
