whenever i fish the dead guppies out, the turtles seem to snatch it away from me eat it like it's a all-you-can-eat buffet. is it cuz i'm feeding too much guppy and they're becoming aggressive?
one time, my other turtle 'Bodie', when to take a bite of the dead fish and 'Omar' bit 'Bodie's' leg. will this be an ongoing problem?

no, this is not a sign of aggresion. turtles just L-O-V-E LOVE food. In the wild, turtles eat whenever they get a chance. Usually it 'HURRY GET THE FOOD BEFORE IT GONE!!! GO GO GO!!!!' that is why you need to watch howmuch you give them

Why are you fishing dead guppies out? That's a food source for them, it'd just be like taking a bone from a dog. However, guppies and any other feeder fish should be given only once a month, no more. They are a high protein treat. However, if you've got two RES in one tank, be ready for aggression. It may just start when dealing with food and eventually lead to the death of one of your turtles. They may need to be separated.
