PS: My cam can not pic up anything like spots on my turtle.

Hi Joey, I can't quite tell what your question is. I do get the part about not moving and hiding a lot. Sounds like lethargy. Lethargy just means lacking energy or acting tired or sleepy. It can be caused by a turtle that's too cool or a turtle that doesn't feel good, or sometimes turtles slow down at the onset of winter (not all turtles seem to do this, but some do). If your guy has been acting lethargic for only a day or two, and doesn't have any more symptoms, then it's probably nothing to worry about.
What are the water and basking temps like? If they are too cool, try raising them see if that doesn't perk him up.
If he doesn't get back to normal in a couple of days, or if he starts showing more symptoms (poor appetite, swollen or irritated eyes, breathing with the mouth open or frequent yawning, mucus around the mouth or nose, difficulty submerging or swimming lopsided) then you'll want to get him to the doctor right away.
But like I said, can't quite tell what you're trying to say about the white marks and their limbs.

Here's a page with a bunch of photos of pink bellies. (on here they are called red bellied short necks but I think it's the same species as yours, isn't it?) Sometimes it looks like they have white markings and sometimes not. Hope this helps:

That dot on his shell may be a different matter. White on a shell can be a scar, fungus, shedding scutes. Watch it and if it appears to be spreading, you might need to treat it for fungus.
