Harvey is coming up to the glass and bringing his claws down shaking them is this normal? Am just wondering if he is ok? he has never done this before. A friend had mentioned that perhaps he is just in the mood for mating. He's in a tank on his lonesome.

sex dance, can be considered aggressive behavior, very normal, think of a dog that just likes humping legs, cushions, and other inanimate objects

thanks spencemasta. i had looked it up online and thats what we had thought i just wanted to double check. I wouldn't consider it aggressive because he is very friendly. we found it very amusing went on for about 5 mins. bless him.

He probably saw his reflection in the glass and thought he looked like a worthy opponent

I could help you with your man troubles but then I might insult all the men on the forums

(kidding, guys!)
It is a turtle forum after all!
