I just cleaned my tank this morning b/c it was GREEN. I did a complete cleaning. I had a rock formation in the tank and that is where all the algae was growing so i decided to take them out and now it is clear. but there r no hiding spaces so what to put in that wont get dirty quickly and looks nice.

I have fake plants in my tank and my turtles love them, they are leafy plants. Speedy loves to hide in it and move it around the tank.

well i dont think they'll eat them. trust me this is the best site and turtleforum.com. almost all others are not as good. (no offense) btw mine takes a bite on the plastic plant and quickly learn it doesnt taste good and usually dont take a second bite. So it is pretty safe

Yes. Plastic plant. My turtle sleeps on it. It is really big and suction cups to the side of the tank.

The food I have makes the water and rocks green. Can usually avoid it from feeding them individual pieces or less at a time, anything to reduce the pieces breaking down and murkying the water up.
