Take the plastic plants out, and offer more lettuce or real aquatic plants for her to eat. just check they're safe before feeding.

If the plant doesnt break and they actually dont swallow anything there is no reason to take the plants out.
My turtles behave the same way, they like to destroy everything i put inside my tank.eventually they will figure it cant be destroy and will ignore it.I dont think offering more plant matter will help, this isnt an health issue, this is just how some turtles behave.
When my turtles are bored they start eating sand, they barely beg for food except the morning when i wake up but they still break to piece all the water lettuce i put in without even swallowing any.
