Hi everyone
I was just wondering what you guys did to care for res hatchlings. What sort of set up did you use and what/how much did you feed them? Are there any problems I should be on the look out for?
My babies seem to be very happy, but I'd like to see how other people who have more knowledge of the species took care of them. I'm still learning so much.

I made plenty of mistakes... stupidly small habitat, bad diet, no lighting... it's why I try to make this site as informative as possible.

You want to provide the same kind set-up as you would for an older turtle with all the necessary equipment. Hatchlings are more sensitive to heat, though, so the water temp should be a bit warmer (around 78F),
