Early Turtle Mating?

Hey guys, my turtles when they go up on their basking ramp, the smaller one, LITERALLY hops on the bigger ones back and the bigger one seems to be fine with it, the bigger one even moved around on the ramp and the smaller one was still on his back lol. Is this normal, does this mean that they are starting to mate?

Mine did that the other day and the one on the bottom ran and knocked the one on the top upside down. They use to bask like that when they had a smaller basking area too. Its normal

They mate in water, but they stack when basking. The one on top gets the most warmth

LOL k thanks, and is it okay if i've been feeding them fish food for about a week now? I have'nt got a chance to get to the store, i mean they eat it but is it okay to feed to them as if it were turtle pellets?

No, they're not the same. Get a good pellet for your RES.
