Well my one turtle died that i got from turtlesale [not reputable].com so now i only have the one left i got from there which seems to be doing really well i am going to change the water and clean the tank and put this one in a sulfa bath that zoo med makes for a little while just to make sure he does not have anything. My question is is i was to go to NY and get what is legal to buy there a 4" RES. WOUld the 4" slider and say an 1 1/2" RES get along?

If I were you, I'd just keep the one turtle for now to make sure it's healthy. You also would need two separate setups for a minimum of 90 days to quarantine the new turtle to make sure it's also healthy.

You don't want to be putting a 4" turtle in with a new hatchling. If I recall you only have a 10 gallon tank which is adequate for one hatchling at this point, but definitely not two. With turtles the sizes you're talking about you'd need a minimum of a 55 gallon tank. Again, with as long as you've been on this forum you shouldn't have had to ask this question as it's been answered MANY times before. Please take the time to read the site and do some research.

That needed to be repeated, in bold. You need to understand whats going on... you've been given very detailed explanations to all your questions yet you constantly repeat them and I don't know if you are able to understand them. You're obviously not reading the main site and I suggest you do so for the sake of your remaining turtle.
