Does my baby turtle have shell rot?

A few weeks ago I was given two baby Red Eared Sliders who are under two inches. I think that this one (Sweet Pea) has shell rot but I'm not sure. Here is a picture if it is what should I do to treat it?

It doesn't look like shell rot, but there defiantly is something wrong. Could be a nutritional/calcium/UVB deficiency.

I got some calcuim bars and tomorrow we will get a different light to try. If it gets worse should we go to the vet?

Are you using a UVB and a heat lamp? What are you feeding the turtle?

What's calcium bars? Best ways to get extra calcium into the diet is cuttlebone and dusting pellets with supplements. And you do need a UVB lamp (to aid in the photosynthesis of vitamin D3) so your turtle can metabolize the calcium.
