Turtles and a new aquarium

Just got a 125 gallon aquarium for my two res this past Sunday. I saw both basking once the other day but other than that they seem to just be sleeping at the bottom all the time. Also I just started to try and feed them veggies which they aren't taking. Do they just need some time to adjust to their new home? If that's the case is switching to veggies something that should wait till their acting normal again?

They might be adjusting to the water level. As long as they are not in distress, they should be fine. Stick with the pellets but leave veggies for them anyway. Try using a veggie clip, so it stays in one place.

It's a plastic clip with a suction cup. You can find it in the fish section of a pet store.
