We just moved into an apartment, and our dishes have the same hard water spots on them like Miss. Reds Shell does. I keep her tank clean, she is basking normally, her water temperatures are at a constant 78 degrees.. not sure what to do for her. I have never ever had any problems like this before until we moved into our apartment and our dishes have the same thing on them when they dry. What can I do?

These are pictures after I cleaned her tank.... The first picture she has a Dry shell after a gentle toothbrush rub under some warm water & dry after basking

Hard water is not considered harmful to RES. There are water softener filter media or home water filter systems to try out.
