Itchy's tank is pretty darn clean on one side, but the other side has white flakey stuff in it the day after I feed her. It doesn't look like food, and usually there is turtle poo in there also. What could it be? I feed her about 6 pellets a day of reptomin. She is a hatchling. I clean the tank almost everyday with a turkey baster.

It's crumbs from the pellets. It's possible the filter isn't circulating the water enough.

Can you guys recommend a good filter for about 10 gallons of water? I have a tetrafauna green filter now, which apparently isn't working enough.
