If you do not provide a young turtle a large enough tank to live in, will that stunt the growth of a turtle? And if you stunt their growth, what kind of health problems can that present the turtle?

I've heard people say that before. Not sure if it's true or not.

Other living conditions being adequate, the too-small container will not stunt growth, but will certainly affect a turtle's quality of life.

well I use to have 2 turtles in one of those realli realli tiny container that came with them, and after 5 mos. neither of them grew or ate I think. And then, one of them died with slimy soft shell.

They were living in a habitat in conditions that couldn't support life, let alone growth. :( (How could you have kept them like that?)
