Hello im Back But i have a problem.... Today i came home to find my 1 1/2 year old turtle on the bottom steps of the stair well. My question is what health effects could the dropping down each step cause? and how can i check for them?

Check for any bleeding/bruising/discoloration, then check for any sensitive areas. Were the stairs carpeted?

None of the above and no hard wood :/ im just worried of down the line health issues.

How did he get to the stairwell? Just curious, that's all. Also, has he grown very much since the pictures on Imgur were taken? He just seems very small for a 1 1/2 year old turtle, but I know those pictures are from 9 months ago. Does he have a heat lamp? And a water heater? Again, just asking because I didn't see them in the pictures. If it's just this once that it happened, he will probably be okay, but he definitely shouldn't do it again. Flippy has taken a tumble or two, running off of the edge of the bed or table or whatever, and is okay - we just have to try to keep hold of the little guys.

Though a spot near the the heater... the turltle you see in the pic are not the same ones i have today. yes they have a heat lamp and UVB
