My RES is currently 6 years old and she has never had eggs before, is that something that will possibly happen in the future or can I rule it out now and stop worrying myself sick about her every single year? Thanks!

Yes she could later in years produce eggs. Too many factors involved in when a female does , DNA plays a big role in that. MY Minnie before the storm took her didn't start producing eggs until she was 8. All turtles are different on when and how long. Don't worry it's part of having turtles all will be good.
