Do my two baby turtles have to hibernate? If they do, how do I make them hibernate? Also if they don't have to hibernate will any thing bad happen to them??

Turtles in captivity (aka pet turtles that are kept in aquariums) do not need to hibernate. Don't try to force them to hibernate either. They will be fine year round in their aquarium in your house.

Nothing bad will happen if they don't hibernate. Just make sure you read thru all the good guidelines on this RES website (go to the main site www.readearslider.com & read there) on how to care for your new kids!

They don't need to hibernate. And you really wouldn't want to hibernate them if they're hatchlings.

Nothing bad will happen if they don't hibernate, but something bad could happen if you don't know what you are doing and try to force them to hibernate. Unless you are very experienced with turtles and hibernation, I'd not bother. As said, they'll be fine without it :)
