UVA & UVB Lights? Which one to buy?

Could someone please post a link to which kind of UVA & UVB light

This is one of the more common ones for UVB rays. It screws into a regular light socket, so any dome lamp fixture with high enough wattage will hold it. I have mine in this:

I found both at petco but they're cheaper on that site.

How big is your tank? If it's smaller (less than 50 gallons), the Powersun will be too strong, and a regular Reptisun (the one in your first link) would be better along with an additional light for a heat source. Regular flourescent lights like the Reptisun will also provide UVA so you don't have to worry about your turtle not getting any (but a heat light, which can be a regular lightbulb, is necessary with them).
If you have a large tank, consider getting the T-Rex Active UVBHeat light rather than the Powersun.

I've used both the Powersun and the T-Rex and also recommend the T-Rex. It puts out both more heat and more UV so that I can position it further from the basking area and it's still effective while the risk of an accidental water splash causing an explosion is reduced.
