sterilizing rocks???

I know this info is probably SOMEWHERE on this site but I can't find exactly what I am looking for (I tried every search term I could think of but I don't think I'm phrasing it correctly or something)...

I found some rocks outside and want to make sure I am sterilizing them properly before I put them in Toby's tank. Half of the rocks are very smooth and non-porous. The other half are slightly porous, but still smooth enough to not hurt Toby. I hosed them off outside, cleaned them inside with hot water and a toothbrush, soaked them for 24 hours in a vinegar/water mix, and boiled them for a couple hours today. After I boiled them, I again cleaned them with a brush (some had some dirt that came out when I boiled them I guess). Now I'm going to boil them again just to make sure.

Does that sound ok? Should I do something else?

That should be just fine. Normally just boiling the rocks is good. :)

Ok, thank you! I know I'm paranoid I just wanted to make sure.
