I'm going to get new tank and put it tank upstairs because it will take up too much space in the living room and I was wondering if any of you guys think that it will hold the weight. In case your wondering its a 180 gallon(72Lx24Wx24H)

I would really worry about filling that tank up upstairs. Get the plans for your house and find the load bearing walls. You could also try reinforcing the floors.

I agree with Christi.
Check out your house plans, if you've got them.
Also, make sure the weight is distributed by your stand. Something on say, 6 legs is not going to be great, because all that weight will be concentrated on a small area. Maybe put a piece of plywood under the stand to help distribute the weight.
If you can, put the tank perpendicular to the floor joices, so several joices are supporting the weight in stead of just one or two.

I've got a 75 and 90 gallon on the second floor of my house, but they are on two different walls.
